Strengthen the bonds of love with conscious communication and mindful connection. This workshop will feature mindful conversation prompts and gentle partner yoga for couples.

This workshop will feature mindful conversation prompts, gentle partner yoga, and massage techniques for couples.

  1. Mindful conversation prompts focused on gratitude and connection increase emotional intimacy.

  2. Gentle partner yoga allows for play, movement, and strengthening physical and emotional connection.

  3. Collaborative practices foster trust, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of each other’s needs.

This is a group for couples that want to improve their emotional connection, explore touch and communication, and have some fun together.

The workshop will be a combination of experiential exercises, partner discussion, and group reflection. 

*Note: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and movement.

 

Shannon LIebel, lpc-a, still water yoga and wellness

Shannon integrates mind, body, and soul in her teaching, drawing on 20 years of yoga practice, her experience as an elite gymnast, and her work as a mental health and somatic therapist. She owns Still Water Yoga & Wellness, offering yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and private wellness sessions that incorporate mindfulness practices like Reiki, tapping, and breathwork.

May 2 - Mindful Hiking at Shevlin Park

We continue our journey with a two-mile nature hike on the tranquil trails at Shevlin Park. This morning emphasizes mindful walking and somatic awareness, allowing you to tune into your body's sensations and experience the grounding effect of each step as you connect with the earth beneath you and the space around you.

June 6 - Gentle Movement and Play at Juniper Park

The spring series concludes with a morning of gentle movement and nature games at Juniper Park. This meeting offers a blend of rest and playful activities, fostering a sense of joy and relaxation. Somatic Summer Camp will take place at the Wilderness Lakes Retreat Center, a serene and secluded haven nestled in the heart of Oregon’s natural beauty. With stunning lake views, nearby hiking trails, and peaceful forest surroundings, this location offers the perfect backdrop for inner healing and reflection.

Beginning January 8, 2025, join a 6-week somatic therapy group designed to deepen your connection to your body, mind, and emotions. Held in the serene environment of Still Water Yoga and Wellness, this group offers a nurturing space to explore somatic principles and practices that promote self-awareness, embodiment, and connection.


Cost $35 per 90minute session | $210 for 6 week series
