personal development

Using your goals as our guide, we will focus on increasing understanding through discussion & activities that help you identify, examine, and learn new strategies; reflect on social, personal history, or cultural influences that are influencing your current life experience; and explore your strengths, ideas, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.

Somatic therapy

Mindfulness and somatic interventions help us provide a shift in perspective for our body and mind. Somatic practices can help you (re)connect with your body, increase awareness of mind-body relationship, and neutralize thoughts, emotions, or unpleasant body sensations as they arise. Research supports how the practice of mindfulness can change the structure and function of parts of the brain associated with emotional control.

Nature-based therapy

Research has found that being in nature improves emotional and physical well-being. Data shows that being in pleasing natural environments influences our mood as well as the efficacy of our nervous system, our endocrine system, and our immune systems. Outdoor therapy helps develop critical thinking, increases frustration tolerance, increases cooperation, strengthens communication skills, and develops metaphoric reflection using discussion/activities in your local ecosystem. Examples include nature walks, neighborhood walks, outdoor meditation/yoga, or extended retreats.

Brainspotting + Somatic Therapy Intensives

A Somatic Therapy Intensive is an accelerated form of therapy designed to help you go deeper and get results faster. Instead of attending therapy one hour per week for a year, why not carve out a full day or week for extended sessions (3-5 hours) for targeted results? This cutting-edge approach can help you feel better faster - a great alternative to a weekly therapy appointment.

Intensives were introduced to meet the demand of clients seeking extended processing time for deeper healing. This tailor-made experience is thoughtfully crafted to align with your unique needs and support your journey toward wellness. We utilize a holistic approach that combines talk and somatic therapy with brainspotting, nature-based therapy, and yoga for integrated healing.

Investment begins at $1,440 for 3-hour intensive package.*

*includes 90-min intake pre- and 90-min post-intensive sessions. (total: 6 hours of therapy)
