April 5 - Sensory Meander at Riverbend Park

 Dive into a guided stroll along the riverbanks of the Deschutes River, engaging all five senses to foster a deeper relationship with the natural environment. Embrace the beauty of spring and explore your relationship with the outdoors in a new light. This morning is about opening up, slowing down, and setting the stage for self-discovery.

May 3 - Mindful Hiking at Shevlin Park

We continue our journey with a two-mile nature hike on the tranquil trails at Shevlin Park. This morning emphasizes mindful walking and somatic awareness, allowing you to tune into your body's sensations and experience the grounding effect of each step as you connect with the earth beneath you and the space around you.

June 7 - Gentle Movement and Play at Juniper Park

The spring series concludes with a morning of gentle movement and nature games at Juniper Park. This meeting offers a blend of rest and playful activities, fostering a sense of joy and relaxation. It's an ideal setting to let go, have fun, and embrace the playful side of nature that carries us into summer.
